Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved for you, therefore, I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Same day cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit. No-shows will result in forfeiting your deposit and being banned from booking again. If you are more than seven minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit will be asked once to reschedule. Removing a service from your appointment the day will result in being charged 25% of the service cost.
Please note that absolutely NO refunds of deposits will be rendered.
